Why Some People Keep the System Rigged (Inspired by 1 Corinthians 11:21)

Let's be honest--some people will do anything to keep the system rigged in their favor. Why? Because it works for them. They don't want change; they benefit from keeping others stuck. The truth is, not everyone plays fair.

That's why you can't wait for fairness or expect others to hand you opportunities. Focus on what you can control. Build your own path, sharpen your skills, and keep pushing forward--because real power comes from knowing you don't need their approval to succeed.

There are people in this country, people in this world who benefit from things staying exactly the way they are. And they'll do everything they can to make sure nothing changes.

Why?

Because the system--just as it is--keeps them rich, comfortable, and in control. They're the ones who get the best jobs, the biggest paychecks, the easiest paths forward. They keep stacking wealth and opportunities, while others keep falling further behind.

This isn't new either. The Bible itself describes this kind of behavior--clear as day.

Read this verse from 1 Corinthians 11:21, and you'll get it: When some among us gather to eat, everyone just thinks of themselves. Some go hungry while others have plenty -- no one is looking out for each other.

Sound familiar?

Look around. There are folks hoarding every opportunity, every advantage, every blessing...
Meanwhile, the rest of us are left fighting over crumbs.

And the worst part?
You think they're going to change?
Not a chance.

I remember asking my dad once, "How do you handle all the unfairness in the world?"

He looked at me and said something that stuck with me forever:

"ou konnen, Nap gade san pran neg k ap pran san gade!" (My father is Haitian)

This roughly translate to:"You know how it is -- we're just watching without taking, while others are taking without even looking back!"

That's exactly what's happening today.

You've got people building wealth, investing, flipping properties, thriving in tech, passing down trust funds while the vast majority are working two jobs, drowning in student debt, and still can't afford rent.

And here's the part they never really tell you: the system isn't broken. It was built like this.

The rules were written so that most people would work hard their whole lives but still struggle to get ahead. They don't teach you in school how to build wealth, how to invest, how to negotiate, or how to escape debt. They teach you just enough to keep you working; but not enough to help you win.

And those who know how to fill their plates over and over, while others are just sitting there quietly--watching, hoping, and starving, will they do anything different to make sure the masses succeed?

But here's something people forget:
Judgment doesn't always wait for the afterlife.
Sometimes, it shows up in this life--fast and fierce.

Greedy people, stop.

Stop hoarding everything.
Stop consuming everything for yourself.
Leave some room at the table.
Make space for others to thrive too.
