If You're Called to Lead, Be Ready to Serve (Inspired by Luke 22:26)

Leadership isn't about titles, fancy clothes, or showing off. It's about serving your people with heart, honesty, and humility. If you've been called to lead, pour yourself into it because true leaders lift others up.

Too many people chase leadership for status but real leaders don't chase power. They show up, they listen, and they serve. If life puts you in a position to lead, don't waste it trying to look important. Lead with purpose, not ego.

Too many people see leadership as a way to show off. In the country where I was born, Haiti, I just wish there was a way I could inject these word like a serum into the veins of our so called leaders. They are simply terrible.

They think being a leader means fancy suits, big speeches, and making people respect them. In too many places, including Haiti, people in power get caught up in image, arrogance, and status.

But here's the truth:
Real leadership has nothing to do with appearances.

It doesn't matter how expensive your clothes are, what your last name is, or where your family comes from. True leadership is about service.

When you're given a position of power--whether in your community, your workplace, or your family--it's not a license to brag. It's a responsibility.

You're there to serve, not to be served.

Leadership means putting others first.

Leadership means listening more than you speak.

Leadership means making decisions that help everyone--not just yourself.

If you've been called to lead, pour your heart into it. Serve with humility. Make it your mission to lift others up, not to sit above them.

Because the greatest leaders aren't the ones who look powerful, they're the ones who leave people better than they found them.

Read Luke 22:26

Perhaps of some of our world leaders took the time to read some passages in The Bible, the world would be a much better place.
